How to Signup to Receive Payments

Quad County Referee Association games will be paid via Mercury (our bank). When you are assigned to work games for Quadco, you will receive an email from Mercury on behalf of Quad County Soccer Referee Association to fill out your payment information (see below).

To fill out the details, we simply need the bank account you want the money sent to (verified by Plaid (What is Plaid article) after selecting "Link Account", or manually by entering the Routing and Account Number yourself) and a W9.
If you are a minor, please consult a parent before starting this process.
While you are not required to enter a W9, we will need you to enter one to get paid, so it’s better to enter it now, rather than getting a reminder from us later.
One of the last questions you will be asked is to create a Mercury account, you do NOT want or need to create a Mercury account.
All payments will be handled via ACH and should take you no more than 5 minutes to complete this process. Once completed, if you need to make changes to your details, please let us know!
If you do not complete the payment detail request, including adding a W9, we will be unable to pay you for any games you work.
